Dashboards and Reports:



Using a Salesforce Dashboard gives manager a quick easy snap shot of sales activities. Each salesperson should create reports for their own use and use those reports to create their own dashboard. Then Management can look at individual dashboards or have on dash board for the whole team. This saves the time usually spent doing weekly or monthly reports. Also if their commission is based on the numbers entered into Salesforce it is an added incentive for keeping “their” numbers and contacts up to date.
